Shipping Policy

Our aim is to provide you with the best shipping options regardless of your location. Every day, we deliver to numerous customers around the world, striving to offer services of the highest standard. We offer free shipping within the United States, while additional freight charges may apply to other countries.

 

The order delivery timeframe consists of two parts:

 

Processing Time:

Your package will be prepared for shipment within 1-2 business days.

 

Shipping Time:

FedEx: Estimated arrival within 3-7 business days.

USPS: Estimated arrival within 5-10 business days.

Other Carriers: Estimated arrival within 5-12 business days.

Please note: Order cancellation is only possible prior to shipment. Once the package is in transit, cancellation is no longer feasible.

 

For shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, Puerto Rico, or any other countries, the shipping time may be extended by 1-2 weeks compared to the aforementioned estimates.

 

You can track the status of your shipment using the tracking link provided or by visiting the service sites of USPS, FedEx, DHL, UPS, or SF Express.

 

Please be aware that international orders are subject to Custom Duty Tax, which is not included in the free shipping offer. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Free Shipping service at any time.

 

Undeliverable, Unclaimed, and Cancelled Orders:

If a package is marked as "undeliverable as addressed" or "unclaimed" due to reasons such as an incorrect address, address changes, recipient unavailability during delivery, or other factors, a 30% re-shipment fee will be applied to your account. The package will be resent upon receipt of the return and payment of the 30% fee.

 

In the event that an order is cancelled after shipment and posting, a 30% restocking fee will be charged to your account. The partial refund will be issued to your original payment account upon receipt of the return. The same 30% restocking fee also applies to orders with incorrect product selections. This fee essentially covers the original shipping charges.
