International Orders: Please be aware that free shipping does not include any customs duties or taxes imposed by your country. The buyer is responsible for any such fees. Each country has its own customs entry policy, and we will provide all necessary entry documents. It is the buyer's responsibility to contact and submit any required document requests to their local customs authorities. Please note that USA buyers are not subject to customs duty fees.

 

Order Tracking: Once your order is prepared and shipped, we will provide you with a Delivery Confirmation number via email for package tracking purposes.

 

Shipping & Returns:

If you are unhappy with your purchase or wish to return your items, please send them back to our Return Center according to the following Return Policy:

Full refunds are only available for items that are received damaged or not as described. All other returns may be subject to a restocking fee of approximately 30%.

Items must be returned within 30 days from the delivery date.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have their original tags attached.

Fairings are non-returnable.

Additional Notes: Depending on the chosen shipping method and carrier, it may take several days for your return package to reach us. We recommend keeping your proof of postage and shipping your return with a tracking number, as we are not responsible for return packages that are lost or stolen during transit. VelocityTitan.com will not issue store credit for returns without proof of receipt and delivery.

 

How long does the returns process take?

Refunds are typically processed within 2-4 business days after we receive your item(s) at our Return Center.

 

I received my order, but my item is defective, incorrect, or missing. What should I do?

Upon receiving your order, please thoroughly check the delivered items. If you receive an item that is defective, incorrect, or believe you are missing an item, please email velocitytitanusa@gmail.com within 2 business days of delivery. Depending on the circumstances, we may be able to extend this timeframe up to 5 business days. Please provide a photo and description of the issue along with your Order Number to expedite the resolution process. We will work with you to correct the order as quickly as possible.

 

My package was returned to VelocityTitan.com What should I do?

If your package fails to deliver and is returned to VelocityTitan.com, it is usually due to insufficient address information. To ensure proper delivery, please ensure that your address is entered correctly and includes all relevant information. VelocityTitan.com cannot be held responsible for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided was incorrect at the time of purchase.

 

Does VelocityTitan.com issue refunds?

Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours from the time they were placed. After this period, we are unable to stop the order and issue a refund. Refunds are issued to the original form of payment used if an order is canceled.

 

Out of Stock items:

If any items on your order are sold out and we are unable to replenish them in a timely manner, we will issue a refund to the original form of payment used.

 

Returns:

For returns, we issue refunds directly to the buyer's original payment method (credit card, PayPal)

 

Note: Refunds may take up to 2-4 business days to clear and an additional 7-10 business days for the amount to post to your account, depending on your financial institution. If you have any questions or concerns regarding refunds, please email velocitytitanusa@gmail.com.
