30-Day Return Policy:

We offer a 30-day return policy, giving you 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.

 

Eligibility Criteria:

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

 

It must be in the same condition as when you received it.

It should be unworn or unused, with tags still attached.

The item must be in its original packaging.

You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Process in Three Steps:

 

Step 1: Contact Us

Step 2: Prepare and Ship the Return

Once your return is confirmed, securely place the item in its original packaging. Ensure that the order number is clearly visible on the shipping label. Ship the return to the following address:

Important Notes:

 

The item must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached.

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs for returns, and the return shipment tracking numbers must be emailed to velocitytitanusa@gmail.com.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you a notification of receipt. Refunds will be initiated within 2-4 working days.

Please note that a 30% restocking fee will be charged for all returns. Only items that are received damaged or not as described can be fully refunded to the original payment method.

Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Order Cancellation:

Order cancellation can only be requested before the package is shipped out. Once the package is in transit, the order cannot be canceled.

 

Damages and Issues:

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work towards a resolution.

 

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items:

Exchanges:

To ensure a faster exchange process, we recommend returning the item you have and placing a separate purchase for the new item once the return is accepted.

 

Refunds:

If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 2-4 working days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
